Shipping Policy

Solange & C0., LLC Ships using the following Carriers: UPS, FedEX, and U.S. Mail.

For any Damage Claim to be resolved all Packaging, Packing Labels must be preserved by Customer, and the Customer or any of Customers agents signing for must note Damage with the UPS, FedEX or TForce Truck delivery Driver.

Product Orders Ship within 1-3 Business Days. Standard Shipping via UPS Ground and FedEx Ground transit time are 1-5 business days to arrive. California may take 5 days by UPS or FedEx Ground. Some Expedited Shipping Options may be available at Checkout or by contacting our customer service, transit times are based on your location in the USA.

Orders are processed Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM ET during normal business hours.

Packing Slips attached to Packages display Origin, Customers Address, Items Purchased and Quanities.

Packing Lists DO NOT disclose Purchase Price. Customer Custom Packaging Specific Labels are available by request.

You may return damaged or defective merchandise within 10 days of the original purchase date for a full refund minus shipping charges. We will also be glad to exchange the damaged merchandise for anything on our site of equal or lesser value.
